Reverse Glass Painting
This is an oil based glass painting done on back of the
glass. We have to work in complete reverse manner to the general painting
method. The paints are applied to backside of the glass and then viewing the
image by turning to the front side of the glass. Correcting errors is difficult
as we have to get through some steps or paints already applied. This is an incredibly interesting art .
Now I’m a tutor in one of the community centre to teach
reverse glass painting, this is my sample painting to explain them how this
technique works.
